What delivery options do you offer?
Stock permitting, the vast majority of orders will be dispatched within 72 hours from Los Angeles to arrive to US customers within 5 working days of shipment.
If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as this becomes apparent and refund any monies taken. It will take around 3 working days for monies returned to appear in your account. Monies returned will be credited to the original method of payment used, no exceptions.
All delivery dates that we give are only for your general guidance. We will not be held liable if you receive late delivery of your order.
Current delivery options:
At the present time we will only ship to the continental United States via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground.
(Sorry we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes).
Expedited and next day shipping within the continental United States is now available.

2 items: $8.00
Each additional item: $2.00
Estimated delivery times are between 2 to 5 days once your order has been dispatched from our facilities.
Expedited Shipping Rates
Our current shipping rates, inclusive of taxes, by UPS 2 day to anywhere within the continental United States are as follows:
1 item: $30.00
2 items: $40.00
Each additional item: $5.00
Our current shipping rates, inclusive of taxes, by UPS NEXT day to anywhere within the continental United States are as follows:
1 item: $65.00
2 items: $80.00
Each additional item: $10.00

What happens if my package hasn't arrived?
We will deliver the goods to the delivery address that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details as we will not be liable if the address that you have provided is incorrect. If you have placed an order and it has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at email@example.com and provide your name, address and order reference number.

What happens if I order a product that is out of stock?
When you order we make sure that the item is in stock, if however we receive several orders at once and the item then becomes out of stock we will contact you to explain your options.
